Flat Black or Clear Over Polished?

Started getting the cruiser frame stripped and ready for paint last night. The plan was to paint the frame, bars and forks flat black but after cleaning and sanding the frame a little I might just like to clear over it.

So to help decide I put a poll up on the right. Go and vote for what You think might look best.

Cooked these up on the grill Sunday and they were unbelievable!  Slow heat just off to the side of the coals so the cheese stayed in. Turned out perfect.
